We want to make it easier to reach us. We therefore use the digital phone assistant Vitas. Vitas takes the call if our staff cannot answer within 40 seconds. In this way you can send us an appointment request, prescription orders or other requests. The assistant holds a kind of dialogue with you in which you can answer as you would to a person (in German). Please always leave your name and your mobile or phone number so that we can match your message. If you leave your mobile number, we can also conveniently reply by text message.
