As a service for patients of our practice in long-term treatment, you can order repeat prescriptions (no prescriptions for therapies such as physiotherapy) and referrals within the current quarter by phone or, better, by e-mail or fax (+49 941 30 72 815), and then collect them in person without waiting. At the start of each quarter, however, you need to come in person so that we can read your health insurance card.
You can send us your order at any time. Your doctor reserves the right to make changes. Please remember that we only process prescription requests if you are known to us as a patient of our practice. You can collect your prescriptions and referrals at the next consultation hours. Please note that information sent electronically (e.g. e-mail, fax) is generally not secure in terms of data protection.
If you are in ongoing treatment, please bring your health insurance card (chip card) or your referral form at the start of each new quarter, i.e. on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October. This saves us a lot of extra work.
How long prescriptions are valid
- Pink statutory insurance prescription: 1 month (also across quarters)
- Green prescription: unlimited
- Therapy prescription (e.g. physiotherapy): 10 days
- Prescription for medical aids: 28 days
- Yellow prescription (narcotics): 7 days
- Private prescription: 3 months
- Referrals: only in the quarter in which they were issued
