Outside consultation hours – at weekends and on public holidays – our answering machine tells you where you can get medical help.

Emergency phone numbers are also shown at the top of every page.

Private patients

Private patients can book an appointment not only on our usual number +49 941 30 72 80 but also on +49 151 17 92 32 34.

Video consultation

You can book a video consultation with our medical assistants by phone or, for non-urgent matters, request one by e-mail. We need your e-mail address or mobile number so that we can send you the access link to the video consultation. Open this link on a device with a camera (e.g. smartphone, laptop) at the agreed time or shortly before. When both participants are connected to the video service and are in the virtual consultation room, a secure peer-to-peer connection is set up for the consultation. We currently work with the provider www.redmedical.de, which is of course certified by the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KV) with regard to data protection.

Holidays

The practice is open all year round.

Blood tests

Blood samples are taken all day. You can wait for the results of routine tests. We also carry out all special laboratory tests (some of them in our own immunology laboratory).

Appointments

We want to keep your waiting time as short as possible. Please book an appointment in good time. Without an appointment you should expect to wait longer.

If you are in ongoing treatment, please bring your health insurance card (chip card) or your referral form at the start of each new quarter, i.e. on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October. This saves us a lot of extra work.

We work both as specialists (internal medicine, rheumatology, non-surgical orthopaedics) and as family doctors, so you can also be treated without a referral.
